Ann McConnellAnn McConnell has recently joined Reliant Realty having been a local Top Producing agent for the past 13 years with Coldwell Banker.  She was recognized by Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society as being one of the Top 7% of Agents in the United States. 
 
Not only does she have more awards and accolades than we have room to list but she is also a Cartus certified agent in Tennessee.  Cartus is the largest relocation firm in the world and only agents meeting the most stringent requirements in experience, customer satisfaction and performance achieve the distinction of being Cartus Certified. She is also a certified agent for USAA assisting military personnel in their relocation efforts which is always a personally rewarding experience for her.

Heather Benjamin

Heather Benjamin has been involved in the real estate business since she graduated high school at the age of fifteen in Misawa, Japan.  Her family has been actively investing in real estate for the past four generations both in Sumner County and throughout Florida. Heather bought and sold her first property in her early 20s and hasn't looked back from there. 
Since obtaining her license in December of 2004, Heather has been a consistent Top Producer with monthly, quarterly, annual and industry awards. She initially obtained her license to assist herself in her own real estate transactions, but within 4 months found that she had an undiscovered passion for helping others through the real estate process and a new career as a full-time agent.  She is currently considered highly skilled and knowledgeable in short sales as both an agent and investor.  She works with distressed homeowners every day seeking to help them avoid foreclosure and assisting buyers in obtaining instant equity on their purchases.
Heather's 20 year background in marketing, advertising, customer service and web technologies has given her the advantage over the competition since Day One in her RE Agent career.  Heather believes in the power of the internet and emedia technologies for marketing properties and selling real estate. Frank Hernandez - Preforeclosure & Short Sales Negotiations Short Sales Expert
Frank is considered to be one of the leading experts on negotiating short sales with lenders.  He coaches investors and real estate agents on the strategies and techniques of buying, listing and selling distressed properties on a national level.
 
Frank was with Coldwell Banker Barnes for three years and closed over $5 million in sales during "the down market" start of 2007 through 2008 before concentrating 100% of his focus on Short Sale negotiation strategies.
